Captain Mike and Chef Taylor are excited to celebrate 1 YEAR aboard the good ship Trilogy today! We've worked really hard, laughed really hard, had lots of amazing adventures, and made countless happy memories for our wonderful guests and with our outstanding crew! We are so thankful for such a great year and look forward to many more aboard!

It's the Trilogy crew's favorite day of the week...Hip Hip Hooray for Taco Tuesday!

Hooray for Taco Tuesday!

Try my favorite stuffin:
1.5 cups cooked black
1.5 cups cooked black
2 tomatoes deseeded and chopped
1 clove of raw garlic, minced
2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon himalayan pink salt
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin

Mix it up and chow down! I love this mix on a bed of baby and topped with salad and some pickled !

Our very own Captain Mike kicking off the donation-train with his contribution of 40 cases of water for relief aid for the Bahamian people. We are currently accepting any donations including cases of water, canned goods, and gently used clothes in the Fort Lauderdale/Miami area which we will deliver to the areas in the Bahamas struggling to rebuild after the devastation of Hurricane Joaquin. Please contact us if you wish to help, it would be deeply appreciated!

It has been less than 3 weeks since the Bahamas was hammered by Hurricane Joaquin with hurricane-force winds, storm surge flooding and torrential rain.

We have been blessed to call the beautiful Bahamas our home away from home for the last 6 years as we've explored many of her stunning islands and have become friends with many of her amazing people. The Bahamian people are struggling and we want to help!

Trilogy is in the Fort Lauderdale/Miami area getting ready to head down to the Bahamas within the next week or so. We are currently accepting donated relief goods to bring aboard and deliver to where they are still desperately needed. If you would like to donate cases of water, canned goods, gently used clothing, etc. please message us! Every bit helps and is deeply appreciated. Thank you and have a wonderful day!
