case your business and with our global connections you are sure to get noticed! Our story: During the pandemic in 2020 we were prompted either move forward or give up. Pivot and evolve! I choose to evolve! My story: As a Healthcare Specialist Recruiter in 2010 serving clinics, hospitals, physicians nurses and other healthcare professional, I've been in Staffing and Recruiting most of my adult life. 35-plus years. My first book, "Hiding from Myself" was published in 2019 It was then my doctors and nurses began to share their personal stories of Domestic Violence, mental and emotional abuse. I handed out free books to anyone who wanted it in hopes of helping others. From here the idea was birthed to host speaking platforms for women who wanted to share their adversities and challenges but have now successfully triumphed!! I began to host speaking platforms monthly and it grew into international. With the help and guidance from my esteemed peers, teachers, coaches and mentors. At any rate here we are today in 2022 and so looking forward to more opportunities with God's help. Looking at this photo reminds me of something important: time changes our appearance, but it doesn’t change who we are at our core.

The younger me had dreams, faith, and determination. The older me still carries those same qualities—only now they are strengthened by experience, wisdom, and resilience.

Life has taught me lessons I could never have learned from a classroom. Every victory, every setback, every prayer, and every season helped shape the woman I am today. This is why I can now teach, mentor, and guide others with confidence. I don’t teach from theory alone—I teach from lived experience.

At 70, I am grateful for the journey. I still have goals, dreams, and purpose ahead of me. Growing older is not about becoming less—it’s about becoming more of who God created you to be.

Same heart. Stronger. Wiser. Unstoppable.

**Success is not about chasing money, titles, or recognition. True success begins when we purse God first.

**Ive learned that when God is our priority, He gives us wisdom to make better decisions, courage to set healthy boundaries and peace to walk confidently in our purpose.

**This season has taught me that I don't have to convince everyone, nor reduce everyone, or carry every burden.

**My responsibility is to serve faithfully and trust God with the results.

**As in Matthew 6:33 reminds us: "seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you".

**Keep God first. Stay faithful. Walk in purpose. The right doors will open at the right time.

Not every season is about adding more.

Some seasons are about cutting back with intention.

Pruning is not a failure.
Pruning is a discipline.
Pruning is clarity.

Pruning is removing what no longer serves the mission.

When things fall away, do not panic.

Ask yourself whether this is misalignment or preparation.

Growth comes after the cut.

Take inventory today and decide what needs to go so the next level can grow.
Comment PRUNE if you are ready to tighten your focus and move forward.
