It’s 🐢 season!

🐢🌊 Special surprise for Earth Day! First Sea Turtle Nest of the Season Spotted on Fort Myers Beach! 🌊🐢

We’re excited to share that the first sea turtle nest of the season has officially been documented on Fort Myers Beach. This marks the start of a critical nesting period for these incredible marine animals.

Sea turtle season does not begin on a calendar. It begins when the turtles arrive, and they are here.

That means lighting compliance is necessary now more than ever. Artificial lights can disorient nesting mothers and hatchlings, preventing them from safely reaching the Gulf.

🔦 What you can do:
• Turn off or shield beachfront lights at night
• Close curtains and blinds after sunset
• Use turtle-friendly (amber or red) lighting
• Remove obstacles from the beach

Every small action helps protect these endangered species and gives hatchlings their best chance at survival.

Let’s work together to keep Fort Myers Beach a safe and welcoming place for our sea turtles. 💙🐢

“We had an amazing trip with excellent service.
Chris and Jacob were great in getting our questions answered promptly. The place is the perfect size for two, with clean and fresh furniture. It is also in an amazing location with a variety of great restaurants. Everything is in walking distance, which saved us from the Uber hassle. Towels, chairs, and even bikes are provided, making it convenient for the beach and exploring town. We highly recommend this place for people looking for a calm getaway in a great area.” -Chad

We had a great stay and would absolutely stay here again. The vibe was excellent, and the location honestly couldn't be better — it was the easiest access we've ever had to restaurants, bars, and everything around us.
Truly walkable to everything.
The place was spotless and exactly as described in the listing and photos. No surprises at all. The hosts were also fantastic — proactive, clear, and communicative throughout, which made the whole stay smooth and stress-free.
Highly recommend this spot for a couple looking to enjoy Fort Myers Beach for a long weekend.
