Spacious cockpit with new teak and updated electronics. There are three state rooms, two heads, full galley, wet bar and huge salon. All interior is fully climate controlled. Additional seating in helm
area which is one level up. The third level includes a tuna tower. Fishing charters will be primarily trolling in the blue water of the gulf stream for dolphin, wahoo, sailfish, and blue marlin. Charters can be modified to fit customers wants and needs. All brand new state of the art fishing equipment (Shimano Tiagra reels of varying sizes). Good Time is located on the front row of Ft Pierce City Marina within walking distance from restaurants and shopping. We will be glad to clean the fish that you catch and bag for you. This 4,200 sq ft, 5 bedroom waterfront villa is located in the idyllic gated community of Old Bahamas Bay Resort & Yacht Harbor in West End on Grand Bahamas Island. Your Sportfish yacht will be docked on the property for easy access. This luxury house is 3 levels and comes complete with master bedroom, two queen bedrooms, one double twin bedroom, one kids bedroom, four bathrooms, full modern kitchen and an elevator to assist in travelling to and from the floors. The villa’s décor includes beautiful wood floors, tiled marble floors in the bedrooms and high ceilings. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is impressive with open floor plan, full appliances and beautiful cabinetry. The wrap around porches affords stunning views of both the ocean and the canal waterways and a scenic setting for outdoor dining. Our guests also have use of a BBQ grill, free Wi-Fi, crib, owner’s bicycles, and golf cart. Housekeeper/cook for entire period with a Bahamian chef preparing the last day’s meals.
