JAMBO, KENYA! We welcomed our travelers to Nairobi with a big, warm JAMBO before settling into our charming boutique hotel in the leafy Karen neighborhood for three relaxing nights.
Our Kenyan adventure began with a visit to the Giraffe Centre, where we learned about the endangered Rothschild’s giraffe, followed by an unforgettable stop at the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust. Here, we met adorable baby elephant orphans, each with a unique story, and learned how these incredible animals are rescued, cared for, and given a second chance at life. 🐘🤎

Our Universal Travel travelers headed north for charming seaside towns, maritime treasures at the Sail, Power & Steam Museum, unique finds at the Maine State Prison Store, and jaw-dropping views from Mount Battie! 🏞️
Then it was ALL ABOARD the Appledore II! Wind in our hair, drinks in hand, and sparkling Penobscot Bay all around us—now THAT’S how you sail in style! 🥂⛵
Next up: historic Fort Knox, sky-high views from the Penobscot Narrows Observatory, and a spectacular sea of Maine’s fall colors! 🍁😍 Add a delicious lunch at Bar Harbor Lobster Bake and fascinating marine life at the Bar Harbor Oceanarium, and we’ve got one whale of an adventure! 🦞🐠

🎈 Balloon Fiesta, Acoma Pueblo & Farewell Dinner!

We started bright and early at the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, enjoying the Dawn Patrol Light Show, breakfast at Chaser’s Club, and the incredible mass ascension as colorful balloons filled the sky!

Next, we visited the Albuquerque Balloon Museum before heading to Acoma Pueblo, where we learned about its rich history, culture, and traditions.

We wrapped up the evening with a farewell dinner at Buca di Beppo, sharing great food and memories from our New Mexico adventure. ❤️

Today, our final day together, we surprised our travelers with one more visit to the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta! 🎈 What a special way to end an unforgettable trip! ✨
