During the months of March through October, we also offer FREE beach service of an umbrella and two chairs for guest staying 14 days or less. Unassigned parking is available for two vehicles in the parking lot. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. Located on the second floor, this condo is accessible via elevator or stairs. Don't miss fireworks every Wednesday at 9pm from Memorial to Labor Day.
LIVING AREAS: Spend quality time together in the comfortable and colorful living room. A sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space.
TV. KITCHEN & DINING: Whip up tasty meals in the recently renovated spacious kitchen, equipped with sparkling granite countertops, new oven, new cooktop and new microwave, and a peninsula with seating for two. When it’s time to eat, gather at the dining table for four.
BEDROOMS & BATHS This single-level condo sleeps up to four guests between the two bedrooms. Two full bathrooms are stocked with plenty of plush towels. The tranquil master bedroom is furnished with an inviting king Select Comfort bed. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors flank the space, providing enviable views of the water. The en-suite master bathroom is outfitted with a double vanity and a shower.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and intimate private balcony. A full guest bathroom features a tub/shower combination.
For your convenience, a new washer and new dryer are located inside the condo.
OUTDOOR AREAS Enjoy the beachscape from the expansive private balcony. Stunning turquoise panoramas of the Gulf and picturesque sunsets await. Relax on the lounger or sip morning coffee at the table. Float in the on-site pool, just a quick walk from your door.

PLEASE NOTE: A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT IS REQUIRED ON ALL BOOKINGS.
We provide you an initial supply of dishwasher pods, laundry pods, liquid dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, bar soap, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
Our units do come with full linens, including 1 of each towel per person capacity of the unit, but we do not include beach towels. Our units come with a washer/dryer so that you can wash towels as needed. Our beds are made with white quilts that are laundered prior to every check in. A blow dryer is included in each unit.
