I loved the location of this property. You could stay in Fort Walton and have easy access you need. My favorite thing was the “beach closet”. I brought some beach toys and we didn’t need to bring a thing. It was so nice to have access to what we needed. Our stay was wonderful!

I’ve been coming to this building as a former owner for almost 2 decades now. This is the first time staying in another unit besides the one that our family owned, and I couldn’t tell a difference in regards to owner pride and cleanliness. David, the Owner, does a fantastic job of communicating if you need anything, and his condo is very well kept. The beds were comfortable, the balcony view of the ocean is incredible, and the unit is updated and clean. We will be back next year! Thank you again for allowing us to stay at your home, David!

This property has everything we expected and more. When we walked in and saw the living room and kitchen I knew that this was the right choice for our stay. The bedrooms We’re beautifully decorated and have the most comfortable mattresses. The balcony was spacious to say the least and was set up for outdoor dining. We spent a lot of time sitting and watching the ocean from here. This is the way to do vacation rather than being stuffed into a little hotel room. Communication was excellent and I’m very pleasant. I would stay here again for sure. It had everything we wanted and was very clean.

Everything you could ask for, Easy Breezy.
Extremely Happy we found this place! This place has it all, which made our beach vacation more pleasurable. Plenty of glassware, plenty of cooking supplies, closet full of beach stuff, plenty of room, etc. All you need is your clothes lol the rest is available. My only regret is not staying longer, we all know how fast trips last. If you’re looking for a place to make perfect memories with the family, this is it.

Everything about this unit is immaculate. Nicely renovated, newer appliances, very spacious, amazing view from top floor and all in the perfect location. David was very helpful and timely in anything that I needed. Will 100% be back
