First and foremost, thank you for your time and help as a vendor and your attendance as a shopper. These craft shows are a HUGE help to our band and Allow us to continue offering this incredible program to any and all students who want to participate in music. We had our community preview Friday and we are all REALLY excited about this upcoming season and show!
A few reminders as we are gearing up for the fall show:
* You can ONLY register/apply through our website or in person at last years shows, anyone trying to register you through Facebook is a scammer.
* Until you receive an invitation/invoice (via email, from our official email address) AND IT IS PAID IN FULL, you are not a confirmed participant in any show.
* We currently place returning vendors (for the same show) that have applied/registered first, then returning vendors from the other shows, then brand new vendors. So, fall 2024 vendors get, in essence, first right of refusal for the fall 2025 show. Then vendors who were in spring 25 and summer 25 (in the order in which applications were received) get the next right of refusal. Then brand new vendors will be placed. Please note: we will also have to consider products offered as we work our way through the applications, in order to avoid having too many vendors selling the same items.
* Moving forward, we will be holding firmer to payment deadlines than we have in the past (including for the summer 2025 show). If you are not paid in full by a deadline, your space will no longer be held for you and a new vendor may take your place. We have a LOT of new vendors who want to participate and we want to be able to offer those spots in a timely manner. The original Fall 2025 payment deadline for returners HAS passed but with the banking transition and the first summer show holding up OUR part, we are providing some grace but when you get an invoice, the payment date on that invoice will be firm.
