This week (August 9 to August 15) Quintana Roo estate continues in ORANGE 🟠color of the traffic light.
Although there haven't been many changes in terms of capacity at resorts and restaurants, we encourage visitors to not let their guard down and keep taking care of themselves. The pandemic is still far from over; however, by following all the security measures and established protocols, you will soon be able to enjoy the Mexican Caribbean as before.
✅ Hotels, Restaurants, archaeological sites, Theme parks, Golf courses, beaches, p***c parks, theaters and cinemas, Malls and markets, Barbershops, beauty salons, and churches and gyms will remain operating at 60% of their capacity
❌ Schools and several nightlife activities remain closed.
Some countries have implemented the requirement for their citizens to present a negative diagnostic test for Coronavirus Covid-19 (PCR AND ANTIGEN) to authorize their return to their country of origin. 🤩 The good news is that the destination is making it as easy as possible for visitors. 👍
Many hotels and tourist attractions in and around Cancun have implemented convenient on-site COVID-19 testing programs, many of which will be free for guests.
