“Our” SuperHost Era Continues! I emphasize “Our” as it takes a village to be able to stand out in the Top 1% of homes on the AirBnB platform for 5 quarters in a row. We are just one family… with one property that we love to share with our guests. Many SuperHosts have multiple homes- some that they own, but several that they manage for others. Even more, the majority of our bookings are Direct- here through Facebook book direct groups and through our website www.CoolChangeVacationVillas.com
So we are limited in availability on outside platforms.
The village includes our amazing property managers, Mario & Gaby, as our boots on the ground. They are onsite in the community daily if the unforeseen situation arises and needs to be addressed. They also coordinate our cleanings and oversee the general upkeep and maintenance of the villa. We are blessed to have them, and their incredible cleaning team- in fact, Elsita is our primary cleaner and has been with us from almost the beginning, nearly 5 years ago! But it all stretches even further, as we are located in the beautiful resort community of Windsor Hills. We took the opportunity over the holidays to stop by the office and security gate to spread a little holiday cheer to the staff with treat boxes from Mianas Cakes.
Last, to all of our valued guests… I’ve said it before, but know how very much you are all appreciated!! The trust you place in us when booking your holiday is humbling. The care you take of the villa makes us grateful we are able to share it with you!! And finally, never underestimate the power of leaving us a review. I know it seems small, and maybe a little tedious after your vacations, but it’s truly what helps us all stay in the business and stand out among the many many options in this Disney market.
