Disney Cruise Line’s original private island, Castaway Cay, is usually our favorite day of the cruise!
It combines an array of activities with plenty of locations for relaxation all on an island paradise! Kids programs, lunch and spa services are available on the island. One of our favorite activities is snorkeling in the large lagoon looking for hidden treasures!

Disney Cruise Line has two private islands: Castaway Cay and Lighthouse Point at Lookout Cay. If you are lucky enough, your cruise might even stop at both.

You have your choice between inside, oceanview, oceanview with verandah, concierge and suites. This will determine where on the ship your room could be located and what view you get to experience. Regardless of your choice you can be sure to enjoy your cruise in a very well kept room with plenty of space and true comfort.

Disney often creates commercials that tear at our heartstrings. This past trip I had my own sweet commercial moment unfolding right in front of us.

Our son chose to give up spending his one day off of baseball and hanging out with his teammates (which he absolutely loves to do) to join his parents at Disney! I enjoyed our time together more than I can explain!!

Our latest trip down was to support our son on his college baseball spring break trip. To continue with the theme we had to eat at Casey’s Corner! My husband is convinced they are the best hot dogs in the world!
So yep, we rope dropped Casey’s Corner!
