Celebrate the red, white and blue with live music, fireworks, a beer garden, food trucks, craft vendors, inflatables and more at Sparks in the Park on June 26. The fun will be at Johnson County Park from 6 to 10:30 p.m.

Admission is $5 for attendees ages five and older.

Celebrate America's 250th during Freedom Festival at Craig Park on June 27!

As Festival Country's largest annual event, Freedom Festival features a patriotic parade, an outdoor concert, a drone show, food and drink vendors, a kids zone and one of the area's best fireworks shows.

4 p.m. Parade
5:30 to 7 p.m. Live music by Country Summer
7:30 to 10 p.m. Live music by My Yellow Rickshaw
10 p.m. Star Spangled Banner and retiring the flag
10:15 p.m. Drone show followed by musical fireworks

Make your mark on Old Town Greenwood during Arts in Old Town, a summer series taking place the third Thursday of each month from June through September, featuring artists and artisan vendors, live music, live art demonstrations and an interactive community art project.

The first event will be June 18, and attendees will have the opportunity to paint a pair of butterfly wings that will later be on display in Greenwood.

Whimsy & Blooms Vintage & Handmade Garden Market is coming up June 19-20 and we're giving two winners each a pair of VIP tickets to the event!

What is Whimsy & Blooms? It's a two-day garden tour and market with more than 70 local vendors, architectural salvage, plants, beautiful gardens to explore, food vendors and live music.

The VIP garden party is Friday, June 19 from 4 to 8 p.m. and general admission is Saturday, June 20 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. These tickets are good for both days.
