Get to know your tour guides. Andrew, with a last name of Franklin, was born to be a Franklin segway tour guide. His friendly personality means he never meets a stranger and has on several occasions been invited into historic homes while leading tours. Get to know your tour guides. Christiana is a high energy chick who never says no to a cup coffee. She gives overly enthusiastic greeting to everyone she encounters, and she will maybe take her sunglasses off for two and a half seconds to say hello. She's taller than your average girl and if you ask her if she plays basketball she'll ask you if you play mini golf!
