From the desk of Making Lemonade out of Lemons:
Sandals has extended the closure period of their three Jamaica resorts affected by Hurricane Melissa, taking the opportunity to not only repair but also to refresh and totally overhaul them.
"Updates to the resorts will include refreshed entrances, new accommodation categories, redesigned pools, and updated lounge and social spaces, as well as new dining options. These large-scale renovations are part of what Adam Stewart, executive chairman of Sandals Resorts International, calls 'Sandals 2.0.' "
We ❤️ the Sandals brand of all-inclusive resorts. This is very exciting news!
The resorts are expected to open later this year. In the meantime, ALL other Sandals and Beaches resorts throughout the Caribbean are operating as usual.
