Many think that the designation of Maryland as "The Old Line State" is a reference to a boundary line, perhaps the legendary Mason-Dixon Line. That is not the case. Instead, the moniker honors Maryland's brave soldiers of the American Revolution and known as "The Maryland Line." Learn more about local contributions, activities and citizenry in Chris Haugh's upcoming offering entitled "Frederick & the American Revolution." This 4-week course will meet on consecutive Tuesday nights (6-8pm) at the Key Memorial Chapel at Mount Olivet Cemetery. Cost $76.
