Teresa has been a favorite character for many Cheese Journey guests, who love hearing her stories about mountain life and seeing her photography of alpage families. With her red visor and walking stick, this intrepid American has become a cheese icon and an ambassador for alpage cheeses like Beaufort and Étivaz!
