Cloudy day here in Frisco.... probably good because someone has gotten a little too much sun over the past two days! Still warm enough to open the windows to enjoy that ocean breeze 🌊

Beautiful March day here! The thermometer only reads 55, but in the sun it feels like a solid 65-70.

Deck work is well underway. Hoping by the end of this coming week the whole front deck will be done, and work will be started on the two small side decks.
