Seems very El Nino like with the placement of the southwest monsoon focused more over New Mexico than Arizona. Hopefully we get to benefit as well every now and then.

The recent rains are doing exactly what we needed. You can already see Lake Meredith starting to wake up, and the green-up is coming.
