Heads up, Fruita! ⚠️ Downtown Fruita will be busy this weekend with the Fruita Fat Tire Festival happening Friday - Sunday and the Co2uT Race on Sunday. Both events will be utilizing the Fruita Civic Center Park, parking lot, and surrounding streets.

🚧 𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐄𝐄𝐓 𝐂𝐋𝐎𝐒𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐒: Aspen Avenue from Peach Street to South Elm Street and Peach Street from East Aspen Avenue to the alley way north of Aspen Avenue will be closed to vehicle traffic. Closures started today, Thursday, May 11, for the festival to set up.

Well folks it's official, Fruita Elm Street cottage is sold!! It has truly been a pleasure hosting all the many guest that have stepped foot in our cozy, quaint home. We wish the new home owner lots of memories in that 100 year old home. I will miss you Elm cottage!!

The snow has been so amazing this past week that we had to share our snowfall totals again: We received 2 feet of snow in the past two days and over 5.5 feet in the last 10 days! Here’s to many more powder days in 2022!
