Tricnology The study of Tric's path crossing yours As our paths cross. I dabble in many sources of information and consider myself helpful in many arenas.

MY NEW VENTURE IS TRAVEL. How travel is beneficial to your body, soul and spirit. How understanding guidelines can reduce stress of traveling and much more. My past informational venues were Technology or Tricnology as some of us call it, varies widely. After years of research and practicing healing through various techniques while working in food service, tourism management, mortgage LO, and IT, I

was introduced to the field of healing as a profession. Massage health benefits are continuing to unfold as I learn more about the body's amazing matrix. Structural integration through movement and manipulation combined with vita-flex acupressure, reike, cranial sacral, and other techniques assist the body in long term relaxation. My main goal is to offer permanent relief from chronic pain and retrain the body to experience optimum function. The body heals itself. I am only a facilitator. a good one I might add... Your fascia might be one of the most sensitive sensory organs in your body.

For a long time, pain in the body was mostly attributed to muscles and joints.

But research over the last couple of decades has shifted that understanding.

Scientists now know that fascia, the connective tissue network that wraps and links everything in the body, contains a very high density of sensory receptors.

These include:

• Nociceptors – receptors that detect pain
• Mechanoreceptors – receptors that detect pressure and stretch
• Proprioceptors – receptors that help your brain know where your body is in space
• Interoceptors – receptors that sense internal states within the body

This means fascia isn’t just structural “packing material.”

It functions more like a body-wide communication network.

A system that constantly sends information to the brain about:

movement
pressure
position
tension
and internal state.

Understanding fascia changes the way we think about the body.

Because pain, tension, and movement aren’t isolated to one place.

They exist within a connected sensory system.

Your body isn’t a collection of separate parts.

It’s a living network of communication.

Have you ever had pain that seemed to move or travel through the body?

🖐️ Hand Pressure Points for Daily Body Balance

Gentle pressure. Natural relief. Mind–body connection.

Your hands contain powerful reflex points connected to different organs and systems of the body. Stimulating these points with gentle pressure may help relax the nervous system, improve circulation, and support overall well-being.

🔵 How these points are linked:

Brain – May help calm the mind and reduce mental stress

Eyes & Ears – Supports sensory relaxation and fatigue relief

Lungs – Encourages deeper breathing and chest relaxation

Heart – Helps with emotional balance and calmness

Liver – Supports detox and energy balance

Stomach – Aids digestion and gut comfort

Kidneys – Supports fluid balance and vitality

Thyroid – Helps maintain hormonal balance

Urinary Bladder – May assist natural elimination

✅ How to practice:

Press each point gently for 1–2 minutes daily, using your thumb or fingertip. Breathe slowly and stay relaxed.

⚠️ This technique is supportive, not a replacement for medical treatment.

✨ Small daily habits can create big shifts in health.

The one muscle that stores your stress, your fear, your tension… and your memories 🤔👇

If you’ve ever opened your hips in yoga or stretched deeply and suddenly felt emotional, shaky, or overwhelmed — you didn’t imagine it.
You touched your psoas, the deepest muscle in your core and one of the most sensitive parts of your entire nervous system.

This muscle is not just a hip flexor
It’s a fight or flight responder

---

Why this muscle holds so much tension

When you feel stress, fear, shock, or pressure, your brain triggers a protective reflex:
curl in, guard the organs, get ready to run.

That reflex contracts the psoas every single time.

In modern life:

• stress piles up
• we sit for long hours
• the body never gets to run, shake, or release the tension

So the psoas stays tight, shortened, and tired.

A tense psoas can contribute to:

• lower back discomfort
• tight hips
• shallow breathing
• restlessness
• increased stress response
• difficulty relaxing

Not because it “stores trauma” in a mystical way, but because it is deeply wired into the nervous system pathway responsible for safety, alertness, and survival.

---

The gentle release that works (no forcing, no deep stretching)

The psoas doesn’t like aggressive stretching.
It releases when the nervous system feels safe.

Try this simple, evidence-supported position:

Constructive Rest Pose

1. Lie on your back

2. Knees bent, feet flat on the floor

3. Let your knees fall inward so they rest against each other

4. Hands on your lower belly

5. Stay for 10–15 minutes

This position allows:

• the pelvis to settle
• the spine to decompress
• the psoas to soften naturally

You may feel warmth, tingling, or gentle shakes — all normal signs of relaxation.

---

Why this works

Your psoas sits beside:

• the diaphragm (breathing)
• the lumbar spine (stability)
• major nerves
• blood vessels

So when it relaxes, you breathe deeper, your nervous system calms, and the whole body feels safer

---

The truth in one sentence

Your psoas is not a storage locker for emotions — it’s the messenger between your stress and your body
When it finally relaxes, the whole system exhale

Save this, try it tonight, and see what shifts
