🎉 100 years in Williamsburg!

Yesterday, we had the honor of celebrating an incredible milestone with Crane's Country Store in Williamsburg, MO as they marked 100 years in the Williamsburg community! 💚

For a century, Crane’s has been part of the story of Williamsburg and Callaway County, and we were proud to join them for a ribbon cutting recognizing generations of history, community, and memories made along the way.

And the celebration isn’t over yet! 🎉 Join Crane’s tomorrow, Saturday, September 12, from 11 AM–2 PM at Crane’s Campus for their Centennial Celebration, featuring live music from The Lava Girls, 850 Wood Fire Pizza, vendors, flash tattoos, and a Country Store exhibit from KCHS.

Jr. Leadership Callaway was out exploring today! 💚

Today’s session took our Jr. Leadership students across Callaway County for a day of learning, exploring, and seeing their community from a few different perspectives.

The group kicked things off with a scavenger hunt through The Brick District before making stops at America's National Churchill Museum, the Callaway Senior Center, Crane's Country Store in Williamsburg, MO, and Wise Bros. Inc.. Along the way, students had the opportunity to learn more about the history, businesses, organizations, and people that help make Callaway County what it is.

Jr. Leadership Callaway is all about building connections, developing future leaders, and helping students discover more about the community they call home, and today was a pretty great example of all three!

This 2003 newspaper article was covering the 14th Annual Town & Country Dinner—meaning this Callaway County tradition has been bringing people together for more than three decades. 🌾🏭

In observance of Labor Day, the Callaway Chamber of Commerce office will be closed Monday, September 7.

We hope our members, partners, and community have a safe and enjoyable holiday weekend! 💚

Mahjong, mingling, and plenty of new connections! 🀄✨

We had such a great time at last night’s Mahjong, Mingling & Martinis, bringing women from across our business community together for an evening of learning, laughter, and networking.

A special thank you to Grace Mauzy of Jeff City Mahjong for joining us and teaching everyone the game! Whether our guests were brand new to Mahjong or already knew their way around the table, Grace helped make the evening fun and welcoming for everyone. 💚

And thank you to all the women who joined us! We loved seeing conversations happening, new connections being made, and maybe even a little friendly competition along the way. 😉
