My name is Devin Ganka and I am the founder of Galena Foodie Adventures. I moved to Galena from Iowa in 2020 to manage the Caribou Coffee in Dubuque. The second I knew I was moving to this area, I knew I would live in Galena. Visiting every year as child, I grew to love the rolling hills and local history. I vowed one day to move to the place I loved. Accomplishing this dream, I was able to make G

alena home in 2020. I grew my passion of travelling by visiting over 30 states by the age of 18 and over 40 by 25. Visiting three countries and doing countless food tours myself throughout the country. After high school, I joined and graduated from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts and shortly after pursued a career in the coffee industry. Galena Foodie Adventures was created out of passion for food and the travel industry. Wanting to share my love for memorable food and great travels, Galena Foodie Adventures was created.
