With the end of the year coming very soon, we would like to thank you for riding with us this year. It’s so much fun to share this beautiful historic town with everyone. And with the year closing out, we too will be closing for the winter season. We look forward to seeing you again in 2026 (usually March, weather permitting). Thank you all.

With Galena’s famous Halloween parade this Saturday (10/25), we will be running tours only until 1pm on that day. We will open at 9:30am as usual. Tour tickets will not be available for pre purchase for this Saturday only. Please plan accordingly and enjoy the parade.

Galena Trolley Tours is honored to be given the award of the “Best Attraction” by Galena Country. Galena is such a beautiful town and we are blessed to be able to share the history and architecture of this great place. Starting Thursday April 24 we will be open everyday at 9:30am through October for Historic Non-stop trolley tours of Galena.

As we start November we will be open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays only. Please contact us at 815-777-1248 for tour times. Tours will be on the heated trolleys.

We will be running a very limited amount of tours on Saturday August 24. Our oldest daughter is getting married and most of our employees will be there. We are thankful for our employees that are willing to work that day as the rest celebrate the special occasion. Tour times will be 10:00, 11:30, 1:00, 2:30, 4:00. Thank you.
