Today was a LONG day… but such a good day. ❤️✈️

One thing I always tell people: know who you're doing business with.

Quiet Meadow Travel isn't a hobby for me or a side gig. This is my full-time business and I believe in constantly investing in education, growth, and becoming better for my clients. Because travel isn't just clicking "book" online — it's knowing the details, protecting your investment, navigating regulations, understanding suppliers, and helping you avoid costly mistakes.

Today I spent the entire day with ASTA (American Society of Travel Agents) Legal Counsel — and whew... it was an intense day! 📚⚖️ We drilled into legal, ethical, and regulatory topics that directly impact travel advisors and, ultimately, the clients who trust us with their vacations.

I'm excited to share that after extensive study, meeting sales requirements, and successfully passing the exam, I have earned my ASTA Verified Travel Advisor (VTA) certification! 🎉

According to ASTA:

"The Verified Travel Advisor certification program is intended for travel advisors whose objective is to elevate their career within the industry… The four core courses drill down on the most essential knowledge for VTAs, including legal, ethical, and regulatory guidelines."

This certification isn't just about another title to add after my name. It's about making sure that when you trust me with your honeymoon, family vacation, destination wedding, cruise, anniversary trip, or bucket-list adventure, you're working with someone who continually invests in knowledge and professional standards.
