Well… August. 🥹❤️

I just have to say THANK YOU.

August was officially my biggest month in my business so far, and while that is really exciting, I honestly don’t even want to focus on the number.

Because behind that number are real people. People who trusted me with their vacations. People who came back to me. People who referred a friend. People who shared my posts, recommended me, or simply cheered me on.

And that means SO much more to me than a sales number ever could. 🫶🏼

When I started this in this industry, I hoped I’d be able to help people take amazing vacations. I didn’t realize how many amazing people I’d meet and how much I would genuinely care about each trip I get to be a part of.

So, from the bottom of my heart… thank you. ❤️

August was pretty dang awesome, and I’m heading into September feeling incredibly grateful, motivated, and ready to see what this month brings!

🚩 See a RED FLAG on the beach? Here’s what it actually means.

A red flag means HIGH HAZARD — dangerous surf and/or strong currents are present.

It doesn’t always mean you can’t go on the beach, but it does mean you should NOT enter the water. Conditions can change quickly, and strong rip currents can be extremely dangerous, even for strong swimmers.

And here’s something many travelers don’t realize 👇

🚩 Red = High hazard / stay out of the water
🟡 Yellow = Moderate hazard / use caution
🟢 Green = Low hazard / generally calm conditions
🟣 Purple = Dangerous marine life may be present

🚨 Always follow the flag system and lifeguard instructions at your resort. The ocean doesn’t care how beautiful it looks from the beach!

As your travel advisor, I want you to know more than just where to find the prettiest beach. I want you to know how to enjoy your vacation safely, too. 🌴☀️

When someone tells me, “We want an all-inclusive,” I don’t immediately start throwing resort names at them.

I start asking questions. 👇

⭐️Who is going?
Couples? Kids? Friends? A group?

⭐️What’s your budget?
And is that budget for the entire trip or just the resort?

⭐️What matters most?
Food? Beach? Nightlife? Luxury? Pools? Relaxation?

⭐️What DON’T you want?
This is just as important.

⭐️What kind of vacation do you actually want to come home from?

Because the “best resort” doesn’t exist.

The best resort for YOU does.

And that’s exactly what I’m trying to figure out when I plan your vacation. ❤️

POV: Your Travel Advisor Has Been There

One of the biggest advantages of working with a travel advisor is having someone who is constantly learning.

I’m not interested in simply knowing which resorts are popular.

I want to know which resorts are right for which travelers.

That’s a BIG difference! 🌴
