The pool bar has transitioned to off season hours effective immediately. New hours are Friday-Sunday, 11am-9pm. You may find it open on Thursday also if we have high occupancy levels. Come and enjoy!

We hope some of you were able to decipher our big announcement for the past couple weeks and that the hints were helpful. As you may have figured out, we are about to launch a 2nd condo at Diamond Beach Condos Galveston.

The new condo is 3 doors down from Seawall Splendor and, because we lack the creativity gene, we have named it Seawall Splendor Too. Viva Seawall Splendor Too! ❤️😀

Expect the same great floorplan as Seawall Splendor with the same great views and amenities. Both have 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and sleep 8.

Whether you are coming down as a couple, a family, an extended family, or a group (up to 16), we now have you covered. Book both units for your next family gathering at the beach.

We can't launch our listing until the paperwork is signed on the 29th. If you are interested, DM me and we can coordinate for September stays. LABOR DAY IS OPEN! The listing will go live for both Airbnb & VRBO on the 29th.

We are thrilled with the success of Seawall Splendor and we are really thrilled to be able to continue to provide wonderful experiences for all our Galveston guests.

"This place is phenomenal! We came for a 2 night back to school beach trip with 3 kids and grandma. The amenities are incredible. We spent time in the lazy river, cascading pool, game room/arcade, and the outdoor game area. We didn't have enough time to visit the indoor pool (which has an amazing view!), the spa, the movie theater, or the restaurant, but we will definitely be back! The condo itself was very clean and well stocked. The kids loved the bunk beds, and having the in unit washer and dryer was so nice, even for our short stay. The master shower was a dream come true after spending hours at the beach. Nice strong water pressure, and both a wall shower and rain shower head! My only complaint would be that the king bed is EXTREMELY firm. My body wouldn't have survived another night on that, but my husband slept fine on it, so if you frequently find hotel mattresses to be too soft...this is the bed for you! Overall, I highly recommend Greg & Nancy's condo! Can't wait to come back!" ~ Amber, August 2025
