The charter boat captain is responsible for the safety of the passengers and crew venturing out from the Galveston Yacht Basin. The Captain is responsible for basic maintenance for the safelt and operation of the vessel. Being familiar with the bay is preferred but not a must. Please call 972-768-3789 if interested
