The community of Sea Isle offers close proximity to both the beach and bay and contains a wide array of amenities including The Sand Bar and West End Restaurant, swimming pool, tennis courts, playground, golf cart rental, marina, 2 private boat ramps, and one of the best lit piers in Galveston Bay. Upstairs, the most discerning guests can unwind in the private master retreat. This room is self-contained with a beautiful en suite bathroom, king bed, 40” LCD TV with Blu-Ray/DVD player, and private covered deck with 2 custom Adirondack chairs. The queen guest room features a luxury plush bed for a comfortable nights sleep. The kids/2nd guest room has 2 sets of bunk beds and a 40” LCD TV with Blu-Ray/DVD player to keep kids / other guest occupied in their own space. Both guest rooms feature nautical themes. The home sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably. Relax within the comfortable living room with views of Galveston Bay and the sunrise if you happen out bed early enough. Watch your favorite movies on the 43” LCD TV with Blu-Ray/DVD player or read some of the complimentary selections provided. There is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel Frigidaire Gallery appliances. The following supplies will be provided to enhance your stay: dish soap, hand soap, cleaning supplies, large garbage bags, coffee, creamer, sugar, coffee filters, vegetable oil, and a selection of cooking spices. The dining room features a table which seats up to 8. All linens and wash towels are provided. There is also a washer and dryer on-site for your convenience. The house has an outside shower with hot water, propane BBQ grill, deck chairs, and basketball goal underneath the cover of the main deck. For those wanting to spend time fishing in the bay, 2 fishing kayaks are included (Wilderness Ride 135 and Ocean Kayak Prowler 13). Quality paddles, life jackets, gear crate, and kayak carts available to help make your time on the water safe and enjoyable. Smoking is prohibited indoors and on outside decks. Small dogs considered with pet fee and prior agreement. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this beach house. Two night minimum stay.
