n size sleeper sofa in the living room. Beautifully decorated, the unit comes fully equipped with two wall mounted flat screen smart TVs, Comcast HD cable service, and free WiFi Internet. The condo also has a full size washer and dryer, all stainless steel appliances, a toaster, coffee maker, and a blender. All bed linens, bathroom towels, pots, pans, utensils, glasses, and plates are also provided for your convenience. Climb up onto the two Captain chairs on the balcony for the best view of the pool, the Seawall, and the ocean surf. Don't miss the many pelicans that fly in formation right over the condo both day and night. The Dawn residential complex is central to everything on the Island, the West and East side beaches, Fishing piers, Schlitterbahn Water Park, Moody Gardens, the Historical Pleasure Pier, The Strand, and all the restaurants and shopping.
