The next Goodenough Supper Club is this week (October 13th). Naturally, the theme is Friday the 13th!

I will be serving a couple of Carrollton Market classics -- Roast Beef Debris Lasagna and Milk Chocolate Pot de Creme. This one will surely be the best menu yet!

Throw on an (optional) costume and come get spooky with us! The meal is comprised of five courses with complimentary paired libations. Tickets are via link in bio.

The theme of my next is Carrollton Market. Join me as I revisit some of the restaurant's favorite dishes; Oysters Goodenough and our much-loved Parker House rolls will make appearances alongside others that you have missed.

The June 2nd event is sold out. There are five seats left for June 1st. Follow the link in my bio for tickets before they're gone.

"Mom" will be the theme of the first Goodenough Supper Club.

My mom, Nancy, passed away on December 6th, three weeks shy of her 76th birthday, after a battle with dementia. She and I had a complicated relationship, and didn't see eye-to-eye on many things, but a shared love of gastronomy was something that always united us. I will cook this dinner to honor her legacy and the immense impact she had on my life's work.

There are a handful of her dishes that stand out in my mind -- the ones I requested for my birthdays, the ones she cooked when I came home from boarding school, the Christmas Eve suppers. It is upon this foundation that I will craft an elevated and intensely emotional meal for my debut guests. These are dishes that helped to define my sensibilities as a chef; when her attempts to cook them started to change in small ways, I felt like I could taste her dementia. It was heartbreaking. Through their resurrection and elevation, I hope to find some closure.

Please join me for my first Goodenough Supper Club; I hope it will be an extraordinary and unforgettable experience. I really miss cooking for y'all and the sense of fellowship that comes with it; I can't wait to see you soon!
