Claudene worked alongside Audra at LVT in 2023. She’s originally from South Africa, experientially trained by her dad, who was also a professional wildlife guide, in the African savanna.

Having such epic ranges of exposure has made her an astute spotter and passionate communicator of universal, primal animal behavior and ecosystems. She delights in others also honing their curious connection to feel, read and sense the majesty that Yellowstone and all its inhabitants hold. She’s trained and experienced in First Aid, CPR and self defense. When she’s not guiding, she’s collecting music and dancing her big heart out!

A beautiful mother nursing her cubs on May 5th, 2024 while on tour with a guest who splurged and hired Lamar Valley Touring as a birthday gift to herself. When I picked her up she said, “Audra, all I want is to see a grizzly bear for my birthday”. I think we both cried as we enjoyed this amazing site.
