If you have a piece inspired by the colors, imagery, and traditions of Día de los Mu***os, we want to see it! 🎨

Garland Cultural Arts is currently accepting 2D artwork for its Día de los Mu***os Juried Art Exhibit. Artists are encouraged to share work that celebrates Hispanic culture and captures the distinctive spirit and artistic traditions of Día de los Mu***os. 🦋

Selected artwork will be displayed at the Granville Arts Center during Garland's 2026 Día de los Mu***os Celebration, presented by Pilar Funeral Home, on Saturday, Oct. 24.

Registration is currently open for the 9th Annual Garland Guzzler 0.5K on Saturday, Oct. 3! Round up your friends and get ready to take on one of the most manageable races around the Downtown Garland Square. 👟 When you register, you will be securing your race T-shirt, custom medal, race bib, Guzzler goodies, and a complimentary lager from Intrinsic Smokehouse & Brewery for participants ages 21+ (while supplies last). 🍻

This year's Guzzler is throwing it back to the '70s, and costumes are highly encouraged! ☮️ Break out the bell-bottoms, tie-dye, sequins, or your favorite retro look and make your way to the starting line in style. 🕺
