What a perfect way to wrap up the final session of our M&M Magical Adventures Summit! ✨💙

Our last session was something a little different — The Dream Lab.

After a weekend filled with new ideas, supplier updates, conversations, education, and plenty of inspiration, Loren and Tanya gave us the opportunity to slow down and really think about what we want to do with all of it.

We spent time dreaming bigger, identifying goals, and putting our ideas and vision onto a board so that we could leave Summit with more than just pages of notes. We leave with something visual that can help keep us focused on where we want to go next.

Mine included goals around growing our travel groups, exploring new destinations together, continuing to cultivate our existing clients, improving our post-trip follow-up, and most importantly — creating the joy. Creating more joyful experiences for our clients, more memorable moments through travel, and continuing to build a business that brings joy to the people we serve and to us along the way. 🌎✈️🚢

I’m very thankful to our agency owners, Loren and Tanya, for coming up with this idea and giving us the space to think creatively about our own businesses and futures.

And I have to say… I was pretty excited to finally get to make one of these vision boards myself. 😂 I feel like I always see the ladies doing these, so it was about time the guys got in on the fun too!

The official Summit sessions may be finished, but I definitely still have more to share from an incredible weekend.

Another great session at the M&M Magical Adventures Summit — this time with the West Coast Director for Sandals & Beaches Resorts! 🌴🇯🇲

One of the most interesting parts of the presentation was learning more about the updates coming to three of the Sandals resorts in Jamaica following last year’s hurricane.

Because portions of these resorts needed to be rebuilt, Sandals made the decision not to simply put everything back the way it was. Instead, they used the opportunity to reimagine and enhance the properties — bringing in updated spaces, refreshed accommodations, and new experiences for future guests.

I was especially excited to hear about Sandals South Coast, a resort I’ve personally visited. Seeing how the property is evolving, while still keeping so much of what makes it special, was a great part of the presentation.

We also learned more about the enhancements coming to Sandals Montego Bay and Sandals Caribbean Cay, and there is a lot to look forward to as these Jamaica properties enter their next chapter.

This is exactly why continuing education is so important as a travel advisor. Resorts and destinations are constantly changing, and hearing these updates directly from the people behind the brands helps us give our clients better, more informed recommendations.

And yes… Sandals even made sure we were prepared for the Caribbean heat with a pretty awesome mini fan. 😂🌴

Day Two of the M&M Magical Adventures Agency Summit is officially underway! ✨

After a great first day filled with learning, networking, and a little fun at Topgolf, we’re back and ready for another full day of conversations, education, and inspiration.

One of the things I appreciate most about Summit is the opportunity to step away from the day-to-day and focus on growth — learning more about our travel partners, gaining new ideas, and continuing to strengthen the relationships that help us better serve our clients.

Nearly 10 years into working in the travel industry, I still enjoy opportunities like this just as much as I did when I first started. There is always something new to learn, a new destination to discover, and another way to improve the experience we provide to the families who trust us with their vacations.

Looking forward to seeing what Day Two has in store! 🌎✈️🚢

Our first evening activity at the M&M Magical Adventures Summit took us to Topgolf — and somehow this was my first time! ⛳️😂

I can safely say it won’t be my last.

We had such a fun night getting out of the meeting room, spending time together, laughing, competing, and just enjoying the evening as an agency. I especially loved the Block Party game — apparently putting a bunch of travel advisors together with golf clubs and a leaderboard brings out a little friendly competition! 😎

I even managed to snag a win along the way, which made my first Topgolf experience even better. 🏆

One of my favorite parts of Summit is that it isn’t just about learning from our travel partners. It’s also about building relationships, making memories together, and enjoying the people who make M&M Magical Adventures such a great agency to be part of.

Great way to wrap up our first day! 💙✨

Another fantastic session at our M&M Magical Adventures Summit—this time diving into everything Celebrity Cruises has to offer! 🚢✨

One of my biggest takeaways: there is SO much more to explore with Celebrity than you might realize.

🌍 Europe is a huge part of the Celebrity experience, with more than 100 ports of call across the continent, incredible destinations, overnight stays, and opportunities to really immerse yourself in places like Italy, Greece, Spain, France, and beyond.

🛳️ Celebrity is also making a major move into river cruising. With 20 river ships on order, this is going to open up an entirely new way for travelers to experience Europe with the Celebrity style and service we already know.

🏔️ And Alaska? Celebrity offers some incredible options that combine cruising with land experiences, including opportunities to explore places like Denali and see even more of Alaska beyond the ports.

Sessions like this are exactly why we love coming together for Summit. The more we learn about each brand, the better we can help match our clients with the vacation experience that fits them best.

The 2026 M&M Magical Adventures Agency Summit is officially underway! ✨💙

This year’s theme, “Boundless Future — A Decade of Magic. A Boundless Future.”, feels especially meaningful as we come together to celebrate where our agency has been, everything we’ve accomplished, and where we’re headed next.

We’re spending the next few days learning, connecting with fellow advisors and travel partners, sharing ideas, and finding even more ways to serve our clients and create unforgettable vacations. I already have the notebook open, the coffee flowing, and plenty of ideas brewing! ☕️📝

One of the things I love most about being part of M&M Magical Adventures is that we never stop learning. The travel industry is always changing, and events like this give us the opportunity to bring home even more knowledge, connections, and resources for the families who trust us with their vacations.

There’s just something about catching a baseball game while traveling. ⚾️🧡🖤

Last Wednesday, Brad had the chance to spend the evening at Citi Field in New York to watch the O’s take on the Mets — and this one was a LOT of fun!

Being an Orioles fan away from Camden Yards made it even better because there were plenty of other O’s fans scattered throughout the stadium. It’s always fun hearing those familiar cheers when you’re in somebody else’s ballpark. 😂

The night had a little bit of everything: several home runs, great views of the field, classic ballpark food, some frozen dessert to finish it off, and the chance to see Alonso back in his former stadium. And, of course, an Orioles 7–1 win wasn’t a bad way to end the night! 🙌

Beyond the game itself, it was also really cool getting to explore Citi Field for the first time and just soak up the baseball atmosphere. There’s something special about walking into a stadium you’ve never visited before, seeing all the unique touches, and experiencing how another city does baseball.

Trips don’t always have to be about the “big” tourist attractions. Sometimes adding a ballgame, concert, show, or local sporting event turns into one of the best memories of the entire trip.

One of the things I love most about traveling is finding the places where history, stories, and a little bit of mystery all come together. 👻🍂

While I was in New York recently, I had the chance to spend some time exploring Sleepy Hollow — and of course I couldn’t pass up a visit to the places connected to Washington Irving’s The Legend of Sleepy Hollow.

I wandered through the historic cemetery, visited Washington Irving’s grave, saw the Old Dutch Church of Sleepy Hollow, and found the marker for the site of the legendary Headless Horseman Bridge. There are even streets around town named after characters from the story, including DePeyster and Legend Drive.

The Old Dutch Church itself dates all the way back to the 1600s, and walking through the churchyard surrounded by centuries-old headstones really makes you feel like you’ve stepped into another time. Add in the stories of the Headless Horseman, and this was definitely one of the coolest little side adventures of the trip.

Trips don’t always have to be about the biggest attractions. Sometimes it’s these unexpected historic stops that end up being some of the most memorable. ❤️

And yes… I kept an eye out for the Headless Horseman. 🎃🐎

✨ A Little Disney Magic in Macy’s! 🎈🏰

One of our favorite parts of traveling is finding a little unexpected Disney magic along the way — and we definitely found some today!

While exploring Macy’s, we came across their special collection celebrating the 100th Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, including some incredible Disney pieces inspired by characters that have been part of the parade’s history. 🎈

Of course, Sorcerer Mickey immediately caught our attention! 🪄✨ The collection celebrates Mickey’s years as a Parade star, with everything from Loungefly accessories and pins to clothing and collectibles. We also spotted Buzz Lightyear, who is making a return to the NYC skies for the 100th Parade! 🚀

And with Macy’s already decked out for Christmas, the whole area had that perfect combination of New York City, Disney, the holidays, and Thanksgiving Day Parade nostalgia. ❤️

The pin set may have been especially hard to walk away from… 👀😂

These are the kinds of little discoveries we love sharing because sometimes the best parts of a trip aren’t necessarily on the itinerary. You just happen to turn a corner and find a little extra magic.
