LOCATION:
•Our condo is 13 miles (23 mins) from the 441 and 321 split into the Gatlinburg strip.
•There are multiple restaurants and fast food places within those 13 miles.
-3 Jimmy’s, Subway, McDonalds, Starbucks
Hungry Bear BBQ, Pizza places and various
small diners.
•There is also a large grocery store called Food City 11 miles (20 mins) from the condo and a Dollar General 9 miles (16 mins away).
RESORT AMENITIES:
•The resort offers a clubhouse within 50 feet walking distance to the condo. The clubhouse houses a heated (average of 85+ degrees) lighted indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room and locker rooms with showers. There is a small bar area upon entering the clubhouse and front desk personnel. Laundry services are also located in clubhouse.
