High Expectations: Gatlinburg Cabin Rental High Expectations is an elegant, comfortable cabin, luxuriously appointed with rustic charm and located only a few minutes from downtown Gatlinburg.

Entering on the main level, the open floor plan features vaulted ceilings with floor-to-ceiling picture windows for a panoramic view of the mountains. The living room is furnished with an elegant sleeper sofa, two over-sized lounge chairs, a chair with ottoman set, a rustic stone fireplace and a 34 inch HDTV complete with DVD player. The gourmet style kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appli

ances, granite counter tops and breakfast bar including two stools. The dining area provides a stylish gathering table with seating for six. The enclosed master suite includes a king bed, a large closet, a sitting bench, carved armoire, 27 inch flat screen TV with cable and DVD, access to the deck and an adjoining full bathroom. Out on the main level deck, guests can relax in the swing, rockers and sky chair, enjoy the view from the soothing hot tub or savor a meal from the outside grill on the lovely picnic table. There are outdoor speakers on the decks for added comfort. The lower level features a home theater area with a 50 inch plasma HDTV, surround-sound, Blu-Ray DVD player, Cable with premium channels and the ESPN sports package, L-shape sleeper sofa and a lounger chair. The separate game room offers a pool table, 60 game video arcade table, including the popular Ms. Pacman, Frogger and Galaga, a stereo music system, refrigerator, plentiful board games, dart board, books, extensive DVD library, and for the little ones, wall mounted games, a rocking horse and their own bear coloring table. The master suite on this level offers a king bed, a large closet, a sitting bench, carved armoire, 27 inch flat screen TV with cable and DVD, access to the deck and an adjoining full bathroom. Out on the deck, guests can relax in the rockers and enjoy the spectacular view. Come experience magical sunsets, exceptional amenities and a wide selection of activities here at High Expectations in the Smoky Mountains. All cabin stays are provided with a free starter pack of coffee, paper towels, toilet tissue, hand soap, dish washer and dish washing detergent for your immediate use.

After the devastating fires of 2016 Spring renewal is in the air. The National Park has made great recovery efforts and we invite you to support our community by visiting us soon.

We are very fortunate our views, our convenient location and the surrounding area is intact. We have taken the opportunity to make some improvements by updating all décor, re-staining the entire cabin and its over 700sq. ft. of deck, and beautifying our landscape with more trees and flowers. Our constant attention to detail is evident throughout our property and we are ready for you to enjoy this peaceful mountain getaway.
