Shoreside Cottage, GOTL Spring, Summer and Fall cottage rental in Geneva on the Lake, OH Lake front with a shared beach. Mapleton Beach in the middle of the “strip”.

1750 square feet, 4 bedrooms ( one downstairs) , living room , 2 bathrooms, laundry area, kitchen and eating area for up to 12. Sleeps 10. 3 queens, and 4 twin beds, central air conditioning, deck, 4 burner gas grill, picnic table.

A new garbage disposal. I was installing a new drain for the dishwasher and noticed that the older disposal had a crack in it. I didn’t want to install that so I called a plumber. This is an upgrade from the old one. I am still limiting what goes into it as to extend its life and the drains life.

With my son Kyle’s help, progress has been made with the ceiling project for 2024/2025. About 90 % complete and i will try to finish it up this weekend. Again. Thank you Kyle. I am you extra mulch guy when you are ready to go. Sue has a new ceiling fan coming. Probably my other weekend project. Thanks to Tom and Kathie for grabbing some food ! Dennis, the framing we did is documented and the basis of the cool looking ceiling.
