A little about me and what I offer
Hi, my name is Ashley Childress and I am a custom newborn and family photographer in Georgetown, KY, specializing in families, children, babies and my personal favorite...newborns. I have two gorgeous sons who serve as my constant source of inspiration. In 2010, I delivered my first son, Camden and my passion for photography became an obsession with capturing every moment of his first year. Luckily, I have very loving and supportive husband, who has given me the confidence to turn this dream into a reality. Without God and my family none of this would be possible.
I have a studio located in downtown Georgetown for indoor sessions but love using parks, farms and other beautiful areas in Georgetown or Lexington and other surrounding areas, for all those special family shots during the warmer months.
I am very dedicated to my work and to each and every photograph I take. Each picture holds a special memory for someone, and it is my goal to capture that memory in the best way possible. I want every session to be relaxed and to be all about you and your family. Sometimes kids are sad, tired, angry or happy and all of these emotions make for timeless images. So, please don't stress about having your pictures taken, just relax, have fun and let me handle all of your worries.
Most importantly, I love to capture life's most precious memories...they go by too fast!
