Starting today, Winland World Travel will implement a fee structure. If you contact me with inquiries without a booking, a consultation fee will apply. While I am more than happy to provide guidance and support, I must acknowledge that my time is valuable. Whether the engagement lasts five minutes or two hours, providing complimentary advice detracts from my ability to sustain my business. As a business owner, it is essential to recognize that my expertise and services have value. Nobody expects to work without compensation, particularly when dedicating considerable time to planning and preparing personalized travel itineraries, only to have clients book elsewhere. Providing quotes and responding to inquiries requires a significant investment of time, which could be better allocated to supporting my family or engaging with clients who appreciate the value I bring to their travel experiences. As a businesswoman elevating my professional standards, I am committed to maintaining a sustainable and equitable business model.
