Sometimes it’s the little details that make a house feel like home. I’ve been especially loving the wainscoting in our hallway and along the staircase here at Blue Coat Cottage. It adds such a timeless, classic charm — the kind of detail that feels both grounding and welcoming.

Every time I walk by, it reminds me that beauty doesn’t always have to shout to be noticed. Sometimes, it’s quietly wrapped in craftsmanship and care.
