If you have never been with us or even have been with us, this is a lesser known option that we provide. Sharing our love for the paranormal with everyone that we can is our top priority. And some situations hit close to home.

This is our sensory safe investigation for those that want to try investigating but have fears of an overload. We will try to make the investigation as smooth as possible for the group by eliminating as many factors as we can that would cause an overstimulation.

Loud noises, lights, stories, areas, crowds etc… accounted for personally to what is best for you.

Here is a video made using the audio from an experiment we did a few nights ago.

This was an Estes Session with 2 people under while both utilizing XPLR Spirit Boxes….In a complete downpour.

There’s a lot going on in this session that baffles us. Even a moment of vulnerability

Captured in St Augustine the spirit of a woman told us her name. Little did we know, we stood approximately 15 feet from her mostly destroyed Grave

Many years ago the world became enthralled with the legends of Bobby Mackey’s Music World. It seems as though everyone that has been there has their own stories. Today is a special one as you may already be familiar with it.

Mike Rohrbagh, a friend of ours, was investigating Bobby Mackey’s Music World. During his investigation he captured a clear EVP of the former caretaker Carl. If you’re your familiar with the property you will know that Carl had multiple exorcisms performed on him before his passing.

At a later time I will clear up details to revise this story according to Mike directly. (I do not wish to bother him at this time, but he mentioned that Wanda told the story wrong)

According to Wanda: Upon his arrival to Bobby Mackey’s Mike cut his hand on something causing it to bleed. Thinking it would stop he carried on with the tour of the property with Wanda. When they made it to the area where Carl’s exorcism took place, he realized it would not stop bleeding and asked Wanda to retrieve a band aid for him. Upon her return Mike asked “What is your name?” to the spirits. From the grave Carl’s voice is heard responding “Look at the band-aid, Mikey”
(This story can be seen in Ghost Adventures: Aftershocks. Season 1 Episode 1)

Now why are we telling you about this? We have been gifted a brick from the wall seen of the now demolished Bobby Mackey’s Music World. We may not have a haunted museum, but we really have some cool items in our possession.

Our Active, Guard, Reserve, Veteran, and Military Retired members may now use code “HurryUpAndWait” for 10% off on all bookings in both Gettysburg and St. Augustine (Grayson was bored and wanted to make a code that gives service members a chuckle)

Ed Gein aka The Butcher of Plainfield (Plainfield Ghoul) is buried in the Plainfield Cemetery in Wisconsin. The same cemetery he robbed for body parts to make furniture. He was the inspiration for Buffalo Bill, the Texas Chainsaw Massacre, and Norman Bates. His headstone is notably missing after it was stolen and vandalized.

Photos taken December 23, 2025 by our friend Tristian Harrison. Upon entering the cemetery he noticed no other graves had footprints. From afar his stomach sank upon finding the grave of the Ghoul without even being able to even read them yet. He noted that he was eerily not cold while standing at the grave area. Only upon returning to his car did he feel cold again. Maybe the devil is keeping that grave warm.

Just wanted to take a moment and wish our friend (basically family) Carl Dixon a wonderful happy birthday!

What started as one private investigation with Grayson many moons ago lead to well over 200 investigations (by quick estimate), joining us and you all out there to explore a love for the paranormal. If you have met Carl you’ll know that he is wonderful to talk to and investigate with. He has gone above and beyond to help our investigators and customers alike in any way he can.
We are gonna miss you over the winter months here on our investigations but we will certainly see you soon enough!
