My name is John Synco and I fell in love with Venetian rowing almost 15 years ago. Gig Harbor Gondola offers rides for up to six people out on the beautiful harbor in an authentic Venetian gondola. Guests may call/message to book their one hour or 90 minute ride. Each ride comes with an appetizer prepared by the Harbor General Store and guests are allowed to bring any beverage they desire. Childre

n 5 and under are free. Gift certificates are available. We're open year round and during the month of December night cruises are great for experiencing the holiday lights along the water front.

Ciao! I have some big news. Gig Harbor Gondola will return to a one-boat operation starting October 1, 2025. You can read more about the change and how it will impact future bookings on the website. Reservations for October through December are on hold. The calendar will open up again for the rest of the year on Oct. 1.

I had a great time sharing the history of Gig Harbor Gondola with the Gig Harbor New Neighbors group today at Canterwood. Thank you so much for inviting me. I even got to meet Bobbi. She lived in Naples, Long Beach back in the 70s. That’s where I got my start rowing Venetian boats.
