This beautiful villa is located in the prestigious gated community of Puerto Aventuras. This gorgeous, luxury waterfront home is perfect for those who demand excellence on their vacation. Being a corner block with double water frontage that totals 46m2, this property is a real gem.

This is a home that exudes modern class and sophistication with the Mexican Caribbean flair. It features 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms. Spacious and inviting, the two main master bedrooms have jaw dropping water views allowing guest to immerse themselves in the lush tropical setting and make you feel like you are on the bow of a luxurious cruise ship. The bathrooms are equally as impressive and spacious. Additionally the property has 3 spacious and beautifully furnished bedrooms on the ground floor, with two complete bathrooms. This is ideal for families or larger groups that can be comfortably accommodated.

A spacious open plan for dining, exquisite cocktail bar area with wine cooler, and adjacent powder room, and comfortable living room all have an absolutely stunning view, looking out to the Palapa covered large terrace and beautiful Puerto Aventuras Ocean waterway. You can step right out and swim in the ocean!

The large pool is directly on the water’s edge where you can watch the boats go by. You can also enjoy your private kayaks or paddle boards which are part of the many activities of the Villa, or catch fish right from the lower terrace.

For your culinary needs, there is a chef’s kitchen, modern and large with stainless steel appliances and lots of cabinet space, for an comfortable stay. A gas Webber BBQ is provided for the sunset meals. A private chef service can also be available on request. This home includes fast internet service and strong Wifi. You can also use the owner’s Netflix account to watch your favourite series or movies.

To explore, you are 500 meters from the beautiful beach in the area, and within walking distance to shops and international restaurants, golf course and tennis courts.
The marina is within the Puerto gated community and sailing or cruising is also available for your enjoyment. Well located, you can take a short drive to world famous cenotes or go shopping in Playa del Carmen, or visit Tulum. 🌴
