🚨 BIG CHANGE AT ANIMAL KINGDOM!

Starting September 21, Expedition Everest will no longer offer a Single Rider line.

Disney has been testing a new loading process that has helped lower standby wait times, so they’re officially saying goodbye to Single Rider on Everest.

The ride isn’t going anywhere! You’ll still have the regular standby line and Lightning Lane.

Will you miss the Single Rider option?

I’m not the friend you casually say “we should go on a cruise” to. 😂

Because while you’re still thinking it was just a fun idea, I’m already:

🛳️ Comparing ships
📍 Looking at itineraries
🛏️ Picking the best stateroom location
🏝️ Checking the ports
💰 Looking at pricing

And before you know it, I’m texting you, “Okay, hear me out…” 😂

So yes, consider this your warning. If you mention wanting to go on a cruise around me, there’s a very good chance we’re going to end up on one.

And if you need that friend who will actually turn “we should take a cruise” into a booked vacation, you know where to find me. 😉

The look you get when you realize your mom just booked ANOTHER vacation to finish out the year 😂

At this point, my kids should know better than to think we’re staying home for the rest of the year. 🤣

One more trip officially added to the calendar, because apparently I have a very hard time saying, “Okay, that’s enough vacations for one year.”

Now the real question is… where do you think we’re going? Hint: 🚢 🐭 🎃

Did you know your kids can go to the kids club while you’re on Disney Castaway Cay?

Yep! The kids club comes with you onto the island!

Scuttle’s Cove is Disney Castaway Cay’s youth club for kids ages 3–10, and it’s included in your Disney Cruise fare.

Think of it as the island version of the Oceaneer Club onboard the ship. The kids can check in and hang out with Disney Youth Counselors for supervised activities while you get a little time to enjoy Castaway Cay on your own.

And you know what that means…

You can head over to Serenity Bay, Disney’s adults-only beach, grab a drink, sit by the water and actually RELAX for a little bit. 😂

One thing I really like about Scuttle’s Cove is that there’s no ocean access from inside the club. The kids stay in the supervised activity area while they’re checked in.

We LOVE Disney Cruise Line as a family, but I also love that Disney gives parents opportunities like this to have a little vacation time of their own too.

Definitely something to keep in mind for your next stop at Castaway Cay! 🏝️🚢

A little something NEW is coming to Toy Story Land!

Starting September 25, Alien Swirling Saucers at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is getting a new soundtrack!

Lilypad, the frog-shaped smart tablet from Toy Story 5, is joining the backyard as the new DJ.

The new music will include remixed Toy Story favorites like “You’ve Got a Friend in Me,” plus brand-new songs created just for the attraction, including one about Pizza Planet.

And you don’t even have to ride to hear it! Lilypad will be DJing throughout the area with music, games, puzzles and appearances from some familiar Toy Story friends.

I just got home from an incredible weekend at Uprise Festival in Shippensburg, and it reminded me how much I LOVE weekends like this. ❤️

There is something so special about being surrounded by thousands of people worshipping together, listening to Christian artists you love, and getting to experience it all with your family and friends.

So it feels like the perfect time to share this…

🎶 Rock the Universe 2027 is NOW ON SALE at Universal Orlando!

January 22–23, 2027, Universal Studios Florida turns into one huge Christian music festival with live music, worship, rides and attractions going late into the night.

And the 2027 lineup already has me excited:

Friday:

Saturday:
