“Five of us hired Nick and the Babkin for a Sea & Ski adventure in Prince William Sound—and it was nothing short of incredible.
From the start, the experience felt professionally run. Nick was an outstanding guide: knowledgeable, calm, and clearly very experienced in backcountry terrain. He struck the perfect balance between maximizing adventure and maintaining safety. We also hired him for a day in the pass before the trip, which I would highly recommend. It gave us a chance to review avalanche safety, dial in our gear, and ask questions before heading out on the boat.
The conditions certainly helped—we had great weather and found some really fun snow—but what made the trip special was the team. The Babkin crew was fantastic: welcoming, capable, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience. Life on the boat was comfortable and seamless, and it served as the perfect basecamp for exploring such a stunning, remote landscape.
