On Sleeping Bear Bay in Northwestern Lower Michigan's Leelanau County . The Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore is just across the highway behind the back road. Centered at the middle of the bay's beach, you look to the left and see the dunes. Turn right and see Pyramid Point, the tip of the eastern arm of the bay, home of Camp Leelanau for Boys and Camp Kohahna for Girls. The shoreline is 150 feet in front of the cottage, the blue and white beautiful Manitou Islands are 8 and 10 miles straight out. This quaint cottage has two floors with a 3/4 bath and two bedrooms above--a full bath and bedroom below. Heated gas fireplace insert--romantic, lovely, easy. Additional Track lighting on rheostat. Baseboard heating if needed. Air conditioned. Office/laundry room is carpeted and can house your office, studio or port-o-crib for Baby. Downstairs is one bedroom for a queen-sized bed, a utility room with washer/dryer,
a full bath, kitchen with dishwasher, dining area, living room, screened in porch on the lake side, lakeside attached deck.
