The Camp Baiting Hallow Trip is STILL ON. That is right it is still on. All scouts attending the trip please go to Stop and Shop on Union Tpke tomorrow at 7pm in order to get the food that is needed for the trip.

If any scouts are looking to do a good turn I have posted a few links on the wall that should be able to get you to contact a person planning a relief project. One is from Tom Curry he has started a facebook group (I will post those on the page). Another is GNYC has a link were you can look for places to help out. I know Troop 106 has gotten supplies together, I will try to get some information from one of their leaders. Finally at Atlas Park Elizebeth Crowely has taken over the old Borders store and turned it into a giant relief shipment center. I believe that the group is looking for labor and cars not donations at the moment.

Even though the NYC Marathon was cancelled yesterday you can still do service at Atlas Park in the old Borders store. They are collecting supplies for people affected by the hurricane. I was told the place opens at 10 am and closes at 8 pm. I went by it tonight and they are still there loading some trucks.

As James just posted the NYC Marathon has been cancelled. Still No word on Zach's Eagle Project.
