High School State Championship Football Final
December 1987 — you either went, or you knew someone who did.

When the Sheridan Generals took on the Youngstown Mooney Cardinals at Ohio Stadium, it felt like the entire county showed up. Perry County was on full display, and this sign says it all.

The Central Silica Sand Plant in Glassrock Ohio in 1984. Who played in the sand on Sundays when the plant was closed?

I recently came across a Glenford photo I had never seen before. The image appears to date from before 1910. It was taken on the east side of what is current day State Route 757 looking east toward the village. You can see the covered bridge that once stood over the Jonathon Creek before it was replaced by the iron bridge on the old roadway—before 204 was relocated further north.
Does anyone have other Glenford pictures from this timeframe?

The Glassrock General Store back when 204 was still dirt. I remember Gus Swinehart and Jane Gordon running the store.
