The flag, once flown over Pearl Harbor, artwork form local artists, etc. We want each of our guests to feel the warmth during the stay

Visiting the highlands- cashiers plateau, be sure to check the local events highlight on our Instagram, you never know what is happening!!! Today was the annual airing of the quilts at - a wonderful afternoon spent with local artisans - for glass blowing to quilt making, weaving to spinning of fibers into usable yarn! 🧶 broom 🧹 making to children’s toys the event was educational and fun!

100 years ago today, important steps were taken toward creating Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

While the Smokies weren't officially established until 1934, it was on May 22, 1926, that President Calvin Coolidge signed the bill authorizing its creation.
