And a Finn & Brownie approved fenced area for their own little dog park.

New Fence Day: This is pretty exciting news for the dog owners - The pet-friendly Dragonfly Cottage now has a fence! Love the fence and the new drainage being installed today. GETTING CLOSER: A few more pics to share as the finish line approaches for the Dragonfly Cottage renovation/addition. We had a large cancellation that opened nearly a month. One week has been rented, but June 29-July 12 and July 20-24 are still open. Next available is September.

UPDATE TIME:
More progress was made this week on the Dragonfly Cottage addition/renovations and, due to a cancellation, we still have some prime time July vacation dates left.
June 29-July 12 is still open, and there’s a five-day window open, July 20-24.
Next available is September, so if fall is more your thing, it’s time to book now to ensure a September or October leaf-peeping date.

The new mudroom is taking shape now, with the walls, ceiling, flooring and cabinets in. Granite counter tops, a cool tile backsplash, a big farmhouse sink, some nice shelves, a closet and a really cool live edge custom bench should all be installed this next week. The carport is nearly finished and the new porch is close. We are also adding a fenced in area where your doggos can do their late night potty thing.

A couple of updates to report for the Dragonfly Cottage:

1, the renovation is going slower than hoped but that's "mountain time" construction, and if you know you know. We will eventually get there.

2, we've had a major development with the rental schedule, with a one-month cancellation. We were booked from May 2 (anticipated new construction completion date) through August 31, but today these dates became available: June 29 through July 24. That's nearly four full weeks in the heart of summer, peak vacation time.

These weeks won't last long. Let us know if you have any questions. We can't wait for the construction to be completed and summer to get here.
