River. At high tide swim from the dock or the shore directly in front of the house and at low tide there is great swimming from the sand bar. The dining room seats 8 and is open onto the living area which has a huge new sectional and 50 inch flat screen TV complete with a high-end theatre sound system, deluxe cable service and DVD player. The screen porch is pure heaven for sitting during the day, or for those who wish, sleeping on those warm summer nights. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms (two with views of the water) with new linens and decor plus a completely renovated custom-tiled full bathroom with tub and shower.
